It is an Arris device the provides digital phone wifi and 4 other LAN ports. The other device is an ASUS RT-AC66U connected to the ARRIS via LAN. The Pixel fails on both devices, while there are multiple tablets and game consoles using the wifi and getting internet. My own Droid Turbo 2 can move back and forth between both devices and get internet.
